Zachorowania na COVID-19 (zapalenie p\u0142uc spowodowane nowym koronawirusem SARS-CoV-2)<\/strong><\/p>\n

W dniu 31 grudnia 2019 r. w Wuhan, w prowincji Hubei, w Chinach zg\u0142oszono grup\u0119 przypadk\u00f3w zapalenia p\u0142uc o nieznanej etiologii. W dniu 9 stycznia 2020 r. Chi\u0144skie Centrum ds. Zapobiegania i Kontroli Chor\u00f3b og\u0142osi\u0142o, \u017ce czynnikiem, kt\u00f3ry wywo\u0142a\u0142 epidemi\u0119 choroby (COVID-19) jest nowy koronawirus (SARS-CoV-2).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

W okresie od 31 grudnia 2019 r. do 5 maja 2020 r. odnotowano \u0142\u0105cznie 3 544\u00a0222 potwierdzone przypadki COVID-19, w tym 250\u00a0977 zgon\u00f3w (7,1%) (Tab.1).
\nNajwi\u0119cej przypadk\u00f3w COVID-19 zg\u0142oszono w nast\u0119puj\u0105cych krajach: Stany Zjednoczone (1\u00a0180\u00a0634), Hiszpania (218\u00a0011), W\u0142ochy (211 938), Wielka Brytania (190 584), Niemcy (163\u00a0860) i Rosja (145\u00a0268).
\nNajwi\u0119cej zgon\u00f3w zg\u0142oszono w nast\u0119puj\u0105cych krajach: Stany Zjednoczone (68\u00a0934), W\u0142ochy (29\u00a0079), Wielka Brytania (28\u00a0734), Hiszpania (25\u00a0428), Francja (25\u00a0201) i Belgia (7\u00a0924).<\/p>\n

Objawy COVID-19 obejmowa\u0142y gor\u0105czk\u0119, kaszel, duszno\u015bci, b\u00f3l mi\u0119\u015bni, zm\u0119czenie. Badania RTG klatki piersiowej wykaza\u0142y typowe cechy wirusowego zapalenia p\u0142uc z rozlanymi obustronnymi naciekami.<\/p>\n

Zgodnie z danymi WHO z dnia 1 marca 2020 r., wi\u0119kszo\u015b\u0107 pacjent\u00f3w z COVID-19 to osoby doros\u0142e. Spo\u015br\u00f3d 44672 pacjent\u00f3w z Chin z potwierdzon\u0105 infekcj\u0105, 2,1% by\u0142o w wieku poni\u017cej 20 lat. Najcz\u0119\u015bciej zg\u0142aszanymi objawami by\u0142y gor\u0105czka, suchy kaszel i duszno\u015b\u0107, a wi\u0119kszo\u015b\u0107 pacjent\u00f3w (80%) do\u015bwiadczy\u0142a \u0142agodnej postaci choroby. U oko\u0142o 14% zaka\u017cenie przebiega\u0142o w postaci ci\u0119\u017ckiej choroby, a 5% chorych by\u0142o w stanie krytycznym. Wczesne doniesienia sugerowa\u0142y, i\u017c nasilenie si\u0119 choroby powi\u0105zane jest z wiekiem (> 60 lat) i chorob\u0105 wsp\u00f3\u0142istniej\u0105c\u0105.<\/p>\n

Do 21 kwietnia 2020 r. do Europejskiego Systemu Nadzoru (TESSy) zg\u0142oszono 389 850 przypadk\u00f3w COVID-19 potwierdzonych laboratoryjnie. Informacje na temat objaw\u00f3w by\u0142y dost\u0119pne dla 100 233 przypadk\u00f3w z 12 kraj\u00f3w; wi\u0119kszo\u015b\u0107 przypadk\u00f3w pochodzi\u0142a z Niemiec (94%), Portugalii (3%) i Czech (2%). W\u015br\u00f3d tych przypadk\u00f3w najcz\u0119\u015bciej zg\u0142aszanym objawem klinicznym by\u0142a gor\u0105czka\/dreszcze (48,7%), suchy lub mokry kaszel (24%), b\u00f3l gard\u0142a (11,8%), og\u00f3lne os\u0142abienie (8,4%), b\u00f3l (6,9%), katar (3,6%) i biegunka (1,7%).<\/p>\n

Dzieci stanowi\u0142y bardzo ma\u0142y odsetek z 266 393 przypadk\u00f3w zg\u0142oszonych do TESSy do dnia 6 kwietnia 2020 r. (o znanym wieku (<10 lat (1,1%), 10\u201319 lat (2,5%)). W\u015br\u00f3d dzieci dominuj\u0105 \u0142agodne objawy oddechowe lub \u017co\u0142\u0105dkowo-jelitowe.<\/p>\n
